This Delete Account Policy explains how users can delete their account and how automatic account deactivation works within our application.
Users have the right to delete their account at any time. When a user submits an account deletion request, all personal information associated with the account will be permanently removed from our active systems, except where certain data is required to be retained for legal or security reasons.
If an account remains inactive for a continuous period of 6 months, it will be automatically deactivated. This is done to protect user privacy and to ensure the security of user information stored in our system.
If a user wishes to return after their account has been automatically deactivated, they can simply register again using the same email address. Upon verifying their email, the account will be reactivated and the user may continue using the app.
